#### **As Ridley and Hall Solicitors continued to grow across the UK, upgrading their print and copier infrastructure became an opportunity to reinforce their commitment to sustainability, efficiency, and responsible business practices.**
**Background and Challenges**
Ridley and Hall solicitors practice Consumer Law and have grown as a company with 4 offices operating across the UK. It was time to replace their print and copier machines, with 30 companies keen to pitch for the tender, but environmental considerations were hugely important in determining the company that they would decide to work with.
‘Ridley and All’ is an ongoing initiative and part of their business culture of looking after everyone and everything across community and environment. A carbon neutral element to their new print management solution was an important factor, in line with their environmental ethos and existing commitment to initiatives including LED lighting and an electric car scheme for employees.
**Solutions and Outcomes**
They had worked with AFP for the previous 7 years, following a recommendation of their print managed solutions. Their service was outstanding, supplying expert maintenance as part of the contract to swiftly deal with any problems which arose.
And on top of that, AFP offered the carbon neutral element to their managed print solutions which was so important to Ridley and Hall. Aligning with their wider business ethos and ensuring that colleagues could continue to be proud of the firm they work for.
